Privacy policy
The short version
The calculators run in your browser and don't need an account. We only collect your email if you ask for a meal plan, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Calculator inputs (age, sex, height, weight, activity, body fat). These are processed in your browser to show your results.
- Meal plan requests. When you ask for a plan, we collect your email, first name, targets and food preferences so we can build and send it.
- Payments. Paid plans are processed by [payment processor]. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. [Analytics tool] tells us which pages are visited, in aggregate, so we can improve the site.
How we use it
- To build and send your meal plan.
- To send occasional tips and offers if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our calculators and content, using anonymous, combined statistics only.
Saved plans
When you tap "Save plan," it's stored in your own browser on that device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Sharing
We share data only with the services that run the site, such as email delivery, payments and hosting, and only what they need. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [contact email].
